Deb Matter HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Deb Matter began her real estate career at Beyond Realty!  She grew up in Fargo and graduated from Fargo South.  Deb also served the ND Air National Guard for 21 years and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. She currently lives in South Fargo with her husband Stacy, their four teenagers and one puppy.

First job: My first job was at McDonalds on University Drive. I was a great cone maker! 

Favorite Color: Blue.

Obsessions/Hobbies/Cravings: I love to watch my children play sports, spending time with good friends and I love the lake!

Favorite TV Show or Movie: My favorite show is Game of Thrones and I enjoy romantic comedies. 

Pet Peeves: Being late.

Favorite Quote: In the process of letting go you lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself.

Favorite Charity: American Diabetes Association. Diabetes affects so many people and families.  Hopefully in my lifetime they will find a cure for Type 1 and prevent more people from developing Type 2.

First real estate you purchased & do you still own it?: I was able to purchase a home when I was 24 and had roommates to help pay the mortgage. I do not still own it but the equity from that home helped pay for the home we are in today.  (I believe clients should always look at their home as a place to make great memories and a true accomplishment of their success.  Young people who invest in homes early in life build equity quickly and are able to continually upgrade.)
